Project overview
GSN came to Studio Elias through a referral from their communications team. The organization does measurable work with tens of thousands of students, but the old site did not make that scale visible or guide a school district from interest to engagement. We redesigned the full site on Squarespace, restructured it around their four service areas, and built an impact section where the numbers count up as you scroll.
The problem
A district leader landing on the old site could not quickly answer the two questions that matter: what does GSN actually do, and does it work? The evidence existed, students served, teachers engaged, districts partnered, but it was not doing any selling on the page.
What was done
Full redesign and rebuild on Squarespace, structured around GSN's four service areas
An Our Impact section with animated counters (135,398 students served, 9,027 teachers engaged, 196 school districts, 53 community leaders in their 2024 figures)
A clear three-step engagement path for schools: interest form, listening session, customized planning
Donation calls to action integrated through the site
Team, news, and resources sections the staff can update in-house
