PAYMENT CLAUSE

Retainers paid by the Client to Studio Elias, LLC provide ongoing support at a discounted rate up to the number of hours set forth in this Agreement.

Retainer fees are required in advance of services; payment is due on or before the payment schedule above.

If payment is not received by then, full standard hourly rates ($150/hr) will apply for any work performed during that month, and amounts received will be applied accordingly.

Services rendered beyond the retained number of hours will be billed separately. Hours are billed in 15 minute increments.

WEBSITE SUPPORT RETAINER AGREEMENT

By subscribing to Website Support plans, ("Client") has retained Studio Elias, LLC ("Service Provider") to proceed with designer/developer services, and agrees to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.

During each month, Service Provider agrees to reserve up to 3/5/10/20 hours per month on assignments to be determined by Client. Work will normally be performed at the offices of Service Provider. Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of Service Provider. Work will normally occur between the hours of 8am to 7pm on weekdays, PH time.

Payment of these services will be to Service Provider at the rate of $380/$600/$1000/$1800 billed every month.

Payments rendered are considered fully earned and non-refundable. Unused hours are not carried over; it is incumbent upon the Client to utilize their retained hours each month.

The results of any and all work performed by Service Provider for Client, including original creative work will remain property of Client. Client use this material in any way deemed appropriate.

This agreement may be terminated at anytime by either Service Provider or Client. In case of termination, Service Provider shall make a reasonable attempt to finish work in progress.
